What you should know about me if you are considering 

1) I don't dirspect anyone. I am most liekly to know the names of the interns and support folks.

2) Some one from the creative detpartment should be the ulitmate judge of the works creativity. 

3) In regards to item #2 Account executices, planners, Ceo's, are welcome to offer insgith, thoughts, suggestions and opinions. I have no problem with that but ultimately.

4) In regards to item #3 I do take the opinions of  the the folks in item #3 into consideration and welcome them, 

5) The customer should be the ultimate decision maker. The client typically is. 

6) I do no helicoper into my teams work.

7) I hate creative directors that show up at the last minute and unravle everything. 

8) Take credit for other's work

9)Sometime you have to come in early, work late and weekends.

10) In regards to #9, It should be the exception not the norm.
